Client Support Advisor
The role involves speaking with tenants by phone, WhatsApp, and email to understand their situation and gather key tenancy details. Tenant Angels specialises in helping tenants claim compensation where deposits haven’t been protected properly and in certain rent repayment order cases.
You’ll explain our process in clear, simple terms and help tenants feel supported while we assess their eligibility. You don’t need any prior knowledge of housing law or the Housing Act – full training is provided. What’s important is that you’re comfortable talking to people, using online systems, and handling sensitive conversations with care.
It’s a fully remote, self-employed role. You’ll be part of a small, supportive team making a real difference every day.

- Work from home
- Full training provided
- Weekly pay at £13.50 per hour
- 30 hours per week / £405
- Option to increase to 40 hours a week once trained (if desired)
- Flexible working hours
